Privacy Policy.
In short
The brief is composed on your device: the website does not automatically send or save it. The Google calendar remains inactive until you choose to load it; after you click, the data needed to book is handled through Google Calendar to arrange the call.
1. Data controller
The data controller for agency.nonnasilvi.com is Nonna Silvi S.r.l. Società Benefit, represented by its acting legal representative, with registered office at Via delle Cascine 1/a, 50051 Castelfiorentino (FI), Italy; VAT and Tax Code 07347870482; registered with the Florence Chamber of Commerce under REA no. FI-697257; certified email nonnasilvisrl@pec.it.
For privacy requests and NSAgency enquiries, email commerciale@nonnasilvi.com.
2. Scope
This policy applies to use of the Agency website and to contact or collaboration enquiries connected with it. It does not govern purchases, payments, shipping or customer accounts on the nonnasilvi.com online store, which has separate legal documents.
3. Data we process
Depending on how you use the website, the following categories of data may be processed:
- technical browsing data, such as IP address, request date and time, requested URL, user agent, device information and security logs strictly required to deliver and protect the website;
- brief data, if you choose to send it: name, company, email address, timing, selected challenge, selected service areas and free-text details;
- call-booking data: first name, last name, email address, company or brand, purpose of the call, and the selected date and time;
- data contained in later communications, including any materials you voluntarily send by email;
- contractual and administrative data, only if the enquiry leads to a proposal or professional relationship.
The interactive brief does not request a telephone number, budget, attachments, payment data or special-category data. Please do not enter sensitive data or unnecessary third-party information in the free-text field.
4. How the brief works
Your answers are processed locally in the browser to create a text document. There is no submission endpoint, lead database, connected CRM or automatic browser storage. “Copy brief” uses your device clipboard only after you click it; the email link opens the mail client configured on your device. Data is actually sent only when you confirm the message in your email service.
5. How the calendar works
The booking calendar is provided through a click-to-load Google Calendar iframe. Before you press the load button, the iframe is not loaded and your browser does not contact Google for this feature. After activation, your browser connects directly to Google Calendar/Google Workspace, which may receive technical connection data and handles slot selection and the data entered in the booking.
When you confirm a booking, Google Calendar creates the event and generates the related Google Meet link. Availability and any conflicts with NSAgency’s calendar are checked by the service under its configured rules; the NSAgency website does not read calendar content or perform that check itself.
6. Purposes and legal bases
| Purpose | Legal basis | Main data |
| Deliver the website and ensure security, continuity and technical diagnosis. | The controller’s legitimate interest in a secure and functional service. | Essential technical data and logs. |
| Read and respond to a brief or contact request. | Steps taken at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a contract. | Contact details, company and enquiry content. |
| Manage the booking, arrange the call and send the invitation with the video-conference link. | Steps taken at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a contract. | Booking data and selected date and time. |
| Manage a possible professional relationship and related obligations. | Performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations. | Contractual, administrative and tax data. |
| Protect rights, prevent abuse and manage disputes. | Legitimate interests and, where applicable, the establishment or defence of legal claims. | Data relevant to the matter. |
The Agency website does not currently run newsletters, direct marketing, optional analytics, profiling or behavioural advertising. If these activities are introduced, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before activation.
7. Whether data is required
Fields marked as required help make the brief understandable and allow us to respond. The data requested in the calendar is needed to identify you, check availability and send the call invitation. You are not required to send a brief or use the calendar; without the required data, however, the relevant enquiry or booking cannot be completed. Additional details are optional.
8. Recipients and service providers
Data may be processed by authorised persons working for the controller and by strictly necessary suppliers, appointed as processors where required: hosting, CDN and security services; email and productivity providers; technical, administrative or legal advisers. Google Workspace, Google Calendar and Google Meet are used to book and hold the call under the Google Privacy Policy, the Google Terms of Service and the official appointment-schedules guide. Data is not sold.
Ordinary links to Instagram, brands, publishers and sources open external pages and are not embedded in the website. The calendar is a separate feature: it is optional embedded Google content loaded only after your explicit action.
9. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some technical, email or calendar providers, including Google, may process data outside the EEA depending on their infrastructure. Where a transfer occurs, the mechanisms required by Chapter V GDPR must apply, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable. Google’s notices describe the locations and mechanisms relevant to its processing; up-to-date information about providers used by the controller may be requested through the contact details above.
10. Retention
- data entered in the brief remains on the device for the current session and is not stored by the website;
- email enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for as long as reasonably needed for assessment and generally no longer than 12 months from the last contact, unless legal-protection needs require otherwise;
- booking requests and related events that do not lead to an engagement are generally retained for no longer than 12 months from the call or last contact, subject to earlier deletion, the service’s technical settings or legal-protection needs;
- client, contract, invoice and compliance data is retained for the periods required by law and needed to protect rights;
- technical and security logs are retained only as long as necessary for technical and abuse-prevention purposes, unless a security event requires longer retention.
11. Your rights
Where Articles 15–22 GDPR apply, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. To exercise these rights, email commerciale@nonnasilvi.com or use the certified email address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent authority in your Member State.
12. Children
The website is intended for professional contacts and is not designed to knowingly collect children’s data. If you believe a child has submitted data without appropriate authorisation, please contact the controller.
13. Updates
This policy is effective from 25 August 2026 and includes the click-to-load Google calendar. The version published on this page is the current version; material changes will be shown with a new update date.
02
Cookie Policy.
Launch configuration
NSAgency does not install analytics, advertising or profiling cookies and does not load advertising pixels. The Google calendar is optional and remains disconnected until you click; after activation it may use technical cookies, identifiers or storage under Google’s settings and notices.
1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files that a website may ask a browser to store. Technologies such as local storage, identifiers and pixels may perform similar functions. Consent is required when such tools are not strictly necessary and fall within the scope of applicable law.
2. Technologies used by the Agency website
| Technology | Use | Duration |
| Optional NSAgency cookies | None in the launch configuration. | Not applicable. |
| Local storage / session storage | The website does not save the brief or preferences through these APIs. | Not applicable. |
| Device clipboard | Used only when you click “Copy brief”. It is not a cookie and the website does not read other clipboard content. | Managed by your device. |
| Hosting/CDN technical logs | Delivery, security, abuse prevention and diagnosis. These are not cookies installed in the browser. | For as long as technically necessary. |
| Google Calendar iframe | Not loaded before you click. After activation, Google may use cookies, storage or technical identifiers needed to show availability and complete the booking, under its own settings and notices. | Determined by Google and by the user’s browser or account settings. |
3. Cookies from the main domain
The nonnasilvi.com shop is a separate service and may use its own first- and third-party cookies. Cookies already present in your browser and scoped to .nonnasilvi.com may technically be attached by the browser to requests for a subdomain. NSAgency code does not read them, does not use them for analytics or advertising and does not combine them with the brief.
To learn about or change preferences for the main shop, read the nonnasilvi.com Privacy and Cookie Policy and use its consent controls.
4. External links and embedded calendar
Links to Instagram, brands, publishers and sources are ordinary links: your browser contacts those services only after you click. Separately, the Google calendar is a click-to-load embedded iframe; it is not contacted before you click, while Google’s technologies and notices apply after activation.
5. Browser controls
You can view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking all strictly necessary cookies may affect other websites, but it does not prevent access to NSAgency’s static pages. If optional tools are added in the future, a permanent control will let you manage and withdraw your preferences.
6. Updates
This Cookie Policy reflects the configuration verified on 25 August 2026, including the optional click-to-load Google calendar, and will be updated before any analytics, advertising or further embedded content is activated.
03
Terms of Use.
1. Publisher and acceptance
agency.nonnasilvi.com is published by Nonna Silvi S.r.l. Società Benefit, whose details appear in the Legal Notice. By using the website, you accept these terms to the extent applicable. If you do not agree, do not use its interactive features.
2. Nature of the website and brief
The website presents NSAgency’s capabilities, method, public proof and contact process. Completing, copying or sending a brief is an invitation to discuss a project; it does not create an engagement, an obligation to reply, a binding quotation, an agency relationship or exclusivity.
Any professional services will be governed by a separate proposal or agreement defining scope, fees, timing, deliverables, rights, confidentiality and responsibilities.
3. Booking a call
Selecting and confirming a slot arranges an introductory call, but does not create a professional engagement, a binding quotation or an obligation to enter into a contract. The Google Calendar invitation provides the available tools to reschedule or cancel the appointment.
Displayed availability may change because of calendar conflicts, cancellations or operational needs, and NSAgency may propose a new time. Google Calendar, Google Workspace and Google Meet are independent services governed by Google’s terms and notices; NSAgency does not guarantee their uninterrupted availability.
4. Proper use
You may not use the website for unlawful activity, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, distribute malware, collect data abusively, impersonate others or submit harmful content. Automated access that overloads or is incompatible with normal public use is prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
The website structure, copy, design, NSAgency mark, graphics, motion and original materials are protected by applicable law and belong to their respective rights holders. Unless authorised in writing, you may view the website and share its URL, but may not substantially copy, sell, modify, publish or reuse its materials.
Client, partner, platform and publisher marks, names and content remain the property of their respective owners. They are displayed for descriptive, attribution and evidence purposes. Their presence does not imply general sponsorship of the Agency website.
6. Metrics, awards and case studies
Evidence is shown with an explicit level: “verified” identifies a direct public source; “qualified” identifies an authoritative but non-primary source or a claim requiring qualification; “internal claim” identifies portfolio data supplied internally that requires the underlying analytics export before it can be treated as publicly verified.
Social metrics, audiences and view counts change over time. Dates and linked sources define the scope of each figure. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
7. External links and calendar
The website links to Instagram, brand websites, publishers and sources, and includes the optional Google calendar described above. These services are independent. NSAgency does not control the availability, content, security or policies of external pages and is not responsible for changes made by their operators.
8. Availability and accuracy
Reasonable care is taken in maintaining the website, but absolute freedom from errors or interruptions cannot be guaranteed. Content and features may be updated, suspended or corrected for technical, editorial or legal reasons. Nothing on this website is a substitute for qualified legal, tax or financial advice.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect loss caused by temporary unavailability, misuse of the website, reliance on outdated information or actions of external services. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remains unaffected.
10. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by Italian law. For professional relationships and disputes not subject to a mandatory venue, the Court of Florence has jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing. This English version is provided for convenience; if the two versions conflict, the Italian text prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Contact and updates
To report an issue with the website or its materials, email commerciale@nonnasilvi.com. These terms are effective from 25 August 2026 and may be updated by publishing a new version on this page.
